Newport Beach Real Estate: Not In Arrested Development

While I await the next season of Arrested Development I thought we could take a look at a few hot properties up for sale in Newport Beach. This is an area that has kept its head above water during the recession and has kept quite an active market during the past couples of years. The homes I’m about to showcase are nothing close to a Bluth build quality and you won’t find a bald eccentric man living in your attic.

Harbor Island Newport Beach – $43,000,000 USD

This stunning luxury home is one of the highest priced properties on the market right now at a cool $43,000,000 USD listing price. You can find this beauty in the private gated community of Harbour Island and it has been completely re-designed recently and is chalk full of limestone delights. This property has amazing water views and is situated right out near the main channel and features over 300 feet of bay frontage.

2692 Bayshore Drive – $28,500,000 USD

Just right across the water from our first listing on Harbour Island is this jaw dropping property. It’s also boasting the best views in the area and has a dock big enough for a 156 ft yacht! This home is sitting on a whole half acre and as you can see from the pictures below, is quite modern both inside and out. The place features just about everything you could need and the interior design options are endless.

12 Bay Island – $21,900,000 USD

My favorite home out of the three on the market happens to also be the cheapest of the lot and the looks don’t reflect any cheapness at all. The home sits on Bay Island which is on a very small island just across the water from the first two listings above. These three homes are literally in a triangle to each other which is kind of neat. It’s situated on 5415 sq ft of pure luxury living and has everything you’re going to need.
