09 Jun JetSmarter Sets The Bar High
We’ve long been involved with the marketing and branding end of the private aviation industry, and we know how stale the experience can be for consumers. With that being said, in comes JetSmarter to shake up the industry and provide a bespoke buying experience unlike anything else on the market.
While I could have written a case study on how to do branding properly with JetSmarter alone, we’ll focus on covering how it works in this post. I will, however, be reaching out to their team to try and get them slotted in for an interview hopefully soon… So if you’re reading this, please do look for my email.
Travelling by private jet is a pretty unique and luxurious experience, and their website and app UX certainly prioritizes that as their message. This is extremely important not only for encouraging customers to buy private flights, but for making the customer feel secure in their purchase in terms of brand trust as well. Bear in mind that only five years ago, almost no one would have considered booking a private jet by phone, but here we are now and boy oh boy have the times changed!
The JetSmarter Revolution
With over 70,000 users via their mobile app, JetSmarter are setting themselves up to be one of the biggest players in the industry and I can’t wait to give it a go. With your membership you get access to over 5,000 private jets worldwide and a modern pricing structure to boot. There are no broker fees per sale, although there is a $4,900 annual membership fee.
The membership also provides you with access to their concierge service, access to exclusive events, and a 24K gold membership card among the perks. What I think will also be a big hit is their “EMPTY-LEG Auction” which apparently can save you up to 70%. Even the affluent love a good deal!
If you’d like to learn more about JetSmarter, you can reach out to them via the information below. You can also download the iPhone App as well as the Android App to start playing around with JetSmarter within minutes. I’d also love to hear some feedback from JetSmarter users as to how they’re liking the experience so far.
