I caught this episode of Agent Caffeine which is a real estate podcast done by Kelly Mitchell out of San Francisco. Her shows talks the latest in real estate technology and marketing and this episode got my attention because the guest for this one is Mark Fitzpatrick of RUHM Marketing.

This episode is heavily focused around the use of video marketing for luxury properties and really there is no better company to have come talk about that. Especially when you get into the marketing of homes valued over $10 Million, you’re going to need to tackle a whole other level of luxury marketing.
