06 Dec $450 Stainless Steel Starbucks Gift Card

While not everyone is a fan of Starbucks coffee, they have definitely stepped it up a little in the past couple of years. While I realize that it’s pretty damn gimmicky, I still admire the marketing effort and design aspect of the stainless steel card. Because of the material that cuts into about $50 worth of the $450 USD price tag, the rest being all for drinks and snacks. I won’t be seeing these here in Canada, but they will apparently work outside of America just like any other card. Only 5,000 cards are available and will be sold only on Gilt.com with the sale starting at noon on Friday(Dec 6th 2012).

UPDATE: Yeah so the cards sold out instantly.
