25 Feb Uber Continues To Deliver Luxury Cars To Your Doorstep

I’ve had my eye on luxury tech startup Uber a lot lately and I really like what I’m seeing so far. I’ve got the iPhone app set on my phone and I will definitely be using it the next time I’m in one of their operating cities. Uber is a high end car pickup service for those wanting a little more. While they do cover lower end vehicles and even normal taxi service, you can opt for the class and get yourself in a black car or a SUV if you’re with your entourage.

The app is currently available for the iPhone as well as Android devices so most people won’t be left out..oh except for those of you still using a Blackberry. I don’t know if they have any plans for the BB but I don’t think anyone expects those devices to be around in a couple years time.

The apps are free of course and they’re quite easy to use. While I haven’t had the chance to actually order a car, you can see quickly that it’s a no-brainer. A lot of friends have mentioned to me that I could just as easily have Siri call some company but to be honest, I like the easy of the app and I don’t have to speak with anyone.

Where Is Uber?

Uber us currently running in San Francisco(duh), Atlanta, Baltimore, Berlin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Hamptons, London, Los Angeles, Melbourne, Minneapolis, NYC, Paris, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Sacramento, San Diego, Seattle, Singapore, Stockholm, Sydney, Toronto and Washington DC. They also have what are “secret” locations for even classier Uber users in Milan, Napa and Orange County. I imagine a wine tour via Uber would make for a great day.
 

 
I highly recommend downloading their app and giving it a whirl, especially if you’re a frequent traveler like myself and like an easy car service.
