Luxury Keynote: Kevin Keniston On Growing Global Prosperity

The luxury travel industry is one of the most rapidly changing landscapes in the world of luxury marketing and keeping up on things is a job in itself. While this keynote is from last year’s ITB Berlin it still holds a lot of great information and thought it was a good watch. This year’s ITB Berlin is coming down soon and I’m looking forward to seeing what content comes out of it again so send me your links when the show is over.

This luxury keynote focuses on findings that were revealed in the Pangaea Network’s global luxury study. The rapidly growing global prosperity has created a lot of growth in luxury markets however, marketing to this class comes with special rules. Kevin Keniston from Airbus discusses how luxury customers needs have changed and how to deal with this level of service.
