Closing Celebration at the Cancun-Rivera Maya Wine & Food Fest 2013

The closing celebration brought me, Roz du Jour and Margot back to the Paradisus La Esmeralda Hotel. The final event focused on the the home and guest cuisine, with eight Mexican and Italian chefs sharing ingredients and flavours, but all creating their own unique dishes. And of course to accompany the stellar food, were some of the best wines of Mexico and Italy (I know it was a really rough weekend :). The setting was near the Caribbean, both inside and on the sand. With the DJs and live music, it gave anyone who wasn’t too full of good food to take off their shoes and dance in the sand under the stars.
