We’re by no means the first blog to cover this rare cognac from Hennessy…who else right? Paradis is perhaps the most talked about cognac you can’t get your hands on and I’d pay a hefty sum just to get my hands on a small glass to taste. This cognac recipe has a royalty heritage and pays tribute to Empress Maria Feodorovna of Russia and her son Alexander. she requested a cognac from Hennessy of the finest quality and this is what she got. Apparently only nine bottles were going to be made for us here in British Columbia so I definitely missed the boat on this fine spirit.
