I wanted to showcase a stunner for our next real estate post, and since the ski season is barreling down on us here in North America, this one will do. I reached out to Colorado Realtor Craig Morris to see if I could harass him a little to let me borrow some photos and blog about one of his properties. He is the co-owner of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, an independently owned company that was formed by the merger of Morris & Fyrwald and Chaffin Light Real Estate. This team moves some of the most beautiful luxury real estate in the world, and they’re extremely good at what they do…Craig originally had another property for us to blog about it that was fresh on the market. Before I could finish the post he had sold the $19,500,000 USD property and left me out in the cold. Luckily they have no shortage of luxury Colorado homes on for sale. Craig has sold over $1.4 BILLION of property in his 15 year real estate career.

 
This 504 acre property is most likely one of the most expensive houses on the market, although you’re getting a lot more than just a house here. We’ll go over some of my favorite aspects of this home, but Craig has nearly a million more amazing details about this compound on its listing. The one thing that did come to my mind at first was, do you get private ski runs in that price? Sadly no, but you’re still right by some of the finest skiing in the world.

This is a house for a large family, and especially for entertaining loved ones in style.
